The other rooms feature a queen bed and 2 full beds. There is plenty of room to bring the whole family and some friends.

Step out the kitchen door and find a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) just off the deck. As one guest said "When she looks out the front she feels like she is in town close to everything she could want. Then in the back she feels like she in the country with all the trees and open area." Lets not forget the 2 car attached garage just off the kitchen. Never need to get in the weather to access the house or car. I love this home. After my dad retired from his job that moved us around the world we came home here. I was surrounded by a loving large multi-generational family. My Grandparents bought this land and a log cabin home for their growing family. Each of their four boys built a home on a section bought from their Pop. There are only 2 homes left standing as the city has grown around us. I am so happy to share this home with all our future guest.

This 4 bedroom house is centrally located in northern Fayetteville. Within walking distance from amazing bike & walking trails and right next door to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and Lake Fayetteville. Located minutes from the mall and 10 miles from the University. It is a great home for a weekend getaway, family gathering or a business trip. There is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the home. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The floor plan is a split one with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on one side of the house and the master bedroom and private bath on the other side. On the other side of the house is 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and the last bedroom is an office that has a queen blow up mattress which would be great for kids!! There is also a large sectional in the living room that sleeps 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with bake ware, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. We also stock a few basics like flour, sugar, salt, pepper, spices and a variety of other items. Coffee and Tea bar are provided to get you going early morning, as well as a few complimentary snacks and breakfast. We provide all bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron and soap for our guests. There is a great patio area with hammock, fire pit, gas grill and music. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing! We also have TV's in every bedroom except one and one large TV in the living room. Netflix is on the main TV in the living room and WiFi is available. You a 2 minutes away from gas stations and there is great food minutes away as well along with some of the best food trucks right off of the Lake Fayetteville trail system. From April to October the farmer's market is at the square every Tuesday and Saturday. In November it's only Saturdays. And then it moves indoor to Ozark Natural Foods every Saturday. It's a beautiful way to spend your morning and get some goodies. Plenty of parking is available with spaces for 6 vehicles. Once you are booked we will provide you a code to get into the home. We are located in town just minutes a way should there be any concerns or problems. We ask that you treat our home with respect and care. MAIN FLOOR: The main floor consists of a living room, kitchen and half bath; its' all glass windows look out onto the saltwater pool surrounded by gorgeous landscaping, complete with real palm trees, a life size cement dinosaur, sectional patio seating, extra chairs, 4 top bar set, gas grill and some pool toys, making it feel like you are outside in a tropical oasis. The large living room space has a comfortable sectional couch and chairs, a giant 65-inch tv that you can see from the pool that includes SlingTV (50+ channels of cable) and streaming access, a credenza with some board games and playing cards, a large dining table that seats 8, and a 2 top, glass bar set. The fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and freezer, induction cook top, double oven, standalone ice maker, large double sink, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, utensils, blender, dishes, pots pans and cookware are all ready for preparing any and all meals. There is also a half bathroom that you will likely never forget (VERY unique wallpaper) that has a Toto Bidet toilet in it. UPSTAIRS: The upstairs is the living quarters and looks down into the main floor, making the house feel like it is one giant room. There are 6 twin beds (basically 3 built in bunk beds) with the bottom bunks each having their own individual tv's with Rokus and the 4 outside bunks have their own "cubbys". Each bed also has its own reading lamp and outlet built-in for your convenience. There is a little living room upstairs with a 65-inch tv connected to a Roku and enough space for a blow up mattresses (there is one double blow up mattress in the closet with clean sheets) if you need room for extra guests. There is also a new playpen with pad and sheet and a portable highchair that hooks on table or counter (in an upstairs closet) for our little guests. The full bathroom is upstairs and has a very nice, large, walk-in shower with water pressure you will not believe!!! It also contains everything you need to get clean - towels, wash clothes, hand towels, hair dryer, curling iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, tissues and a magnifying make-up mirror hooked to wall! The washer and dryer are located in a closet upstairs and are equipped with an iron, ironing board, and laundry soap! There are also 2 other closets located upstairs with a portable fan, hangers and shelves to store your things. Sleeps 6 comfortably (6 each to their own bed) but will hold 8 if you use the blow-up mattress! If you get bored, we have an old time Pacman and gaming machine upstairs, as well. NOTE: If you are wanting privacy while sleeping; this ain’t the place for you. OUTSIDE: When you walk inside the gate into the backyard, prepare to be amazed. A palm tree and luscious, beautiful landscaping greet you as you walk in. There is a saltwater pool you can swim in (it stays at 82 degrees year round, but can be heated to 90+ degrees for $100 a night more!) a giant pool deck area with couch and bar table to sit and relax. The pool is 5 foot deep at the max and is more of a “drink a beer/soda and relax” pool (no diving, please). There is a grill to BBQ food on. There is a large grass area in the yard for kids to play on and a garden during the summer that you can pick a few snacks from. There is a chicken coop behind the Pool House with 5 chickens (Yolka Ono and the Spice Girls)! They lay eggs every day and you are more than welcome to collect them. There is also an outdoor shower with instant hot water, which can be turned on too, if requested!! It really is a "one of a kind" place that you cannot really see or understand unless you open that gate!!!

The space: It's super close to everything yet still quiet. Dickson street and the university of Arkansas is less than 10 minutes away. As well as the mall, target, walmart, the movie theatre, and the hospital. It's a very central location. Guest access: Bedrooms, bathrooms, fridge, grill, freezer, TV, all living areas. The neighborhood: It's mostly well seasoned adults and this ensures that it stays peaceful. We have three bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, and one day bed (twin) with a pull out mattress underneath. All have memory foam mattress toppers (accept the king) and are extremely comfortable.

My home is a a luxury 5-bedroom home located just off of I-49 in South Springdale. It is approximately 15 minutes from the University of Arkansas/Dickson and (depending on time of day) 20-25 minutes from Rogers and Bentonville. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bath and walk-in closet. The kitchen has an eight burner range with double oven. The pool is not heated, but remains open all year. The hot tub is heated year-round. The living room and dining room have different furniture than what is pictured. The Media room, kitchen and living room televisions are each connected to Directv. The garages are not for guest use. A rental agreement is required, as well as damage protection insurance.

I am offering reduced rates for the corona-virus situation that we are in. I've always cleaned with Clorox and Lysol, and have always provided hand sanitizer for my guests in my seven years of renting. Before I describe the property, two things....1) I don't charge a cleaning fee, so you'll save money by staying with me, just based off of that. Other large properties charge a cleaning fee anywhere between $65-200, above and beyond their rental rates. When you compare all-in total rental costs (service fees, cleaning fees, and taxes), my cost will usually be very attractive because of no cleaning fees. 2) The VRBO calculator does not accurately reflect the price, ever, for renting the house. Do not go by it. The house will never rent for $85 per night. E-mail me with the size and composition of your party and length of stay, and I will provide you a quote. For groups and separate couples, it'll be approximately $85 per bedroom used, per night. However, there is a lot of flexibility in my pricing, so definitely send me an inquiry. Special rates for families staying on weeknights moving children into living quarters for the UA fall semester. Rates are lower for bigger groups, longer stays, families with kids, and slow times of the year. Rates are higher on special or high demand weekends here in Fayetteville (football games, UA graduation, etc.). When you rent the house, you get it all to yourself or your group. There won't be another person or group cohabiting it. I've been renting here on VRBO for seven years. If you are interested in staying on a weekend anytime from March through November, it will have to be at a minimum, a two night stay, for me to consider renting the house. Also, the property, being four bedrooms and three bathrooms, is geared for groups, and as such it never makes sense for me to rent it to one couple. I want to rent it such that at a minimum, two bedrooms are being used. The house is perfect for family or groups coming in for weddings, family get-togethers, girls get-away weekends, sporting events, Thanksgiving, or U of A parents for orientation, move-in, graduation, Mom's weekend or just a regular group of two or three couples, or more, in town for any reason. Regarding popular wedding venues: The Botanical Garden is a 5-7 minute drive from the house, Sassafras Springs Vineyards is a 10-15 minute drive, Stone Chapel is a 10-15 minute drive, Pratt Place Inn and Barn is a 15 minute drive, and Dickson Street with it's many churches and reception venues is only 10 minutes away. The Barn at Springs in Springdale is 25-30 minutes away. The neighborhood is a quiet tranquil established neighborhood comprised mostly of retirees and empty-nesters, with a handful of families thrown in. The U of A campus and downtown Dickson Street entertainment district are just 10 minutes away (lots of Uber and Lyft here in Fayetteville), while it's just two minutes to a Whole Foods and a Starbucks, and only seven blocks to a Harps grocery store. Completely renovated in 2006, the house has gorgeous real hardwood floors, an open floor plan, a 250 sf covered patio and a 200 sf open air patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, plates, cooking utensils, silverware, serving platters, barware, entertaining pieces (cheese boards, lazy Suzans with serving bowls, etc.), and every imaginable cooking device. The living room has a Vizio 42" smart TV, so you can access Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. Also the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The master bathroom includes a deep walk in shower and a big jetted tub. Three bedrooms have king beds, the fourth a queen. Linens (800 thread count) and towels are high end. Each bedroom has an alarm clock with a USB port for charging cell phones etc, ceiling fan, ironing board and iron, robes with slippers, and much more. There is wi-fi all throughout the house.

We are a short drive to downtown and uptown (5 minutes in either direction) and just a short walk or bike ride to the paved Razorback Greenway. This home will sleep 6 adults very comfortably. The 3 bedrooms feature a queen bed, a full bed, and a set of bunk beds that will comfortably fit adults. For added sleeping space our living room has enough space to fit an air mattress. Although, you will have to bring your own as we do not provide one. The entire home has recently been renovated with new tile flooring and a covered back patio complete with outdoor furniture and a TV. We provide all towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for our guests. Some other amenities are a washer and dryer, TV's in the master bedroom living room, and back porch, an xbox, a google home, and printer. Our TV's are connected to online streaming services. Our Google Home is located in our living room and is hooked to Spotify. Wifi is available throughout the home. For those who dabble in Netflix we have a 75" smart tv in the living room to watch your favorite shows. **Please note that we do not have traditional cable, but you can stream live shows with your cable provider login from your phone to the TV.** The Pilot House is aptly named by Meraki Blue (the contractor for this project) because it's the first Net-Zero home they've built. The term Net-Zero refers to a house that produces as much energy as it uses with smart planning, great insulation, and solar panels. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities, a soaking tub, large tile shower with TWO shower heads, plenty of natural light, and a serene luxurious ambiance. There's plenty of space to spread out in this home both inside and out. All the bedrooms are located upstairs while the living room, kitchen, and half bath are downstairs. The only staircase is the spiral stairs; please be aware that they are steeper and narrower than a traditional staircase and are not compatible with a baby gate. As far as recommended number of adults/kids for our home, we suggest a maximum of 4 adults (1 king bed and 1 queen bed). The kids will love the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom! The kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, plates, blender, cocktail shaker, oil, spices, etc. And did I mention the coffee and tea bar?
